Kaine played a guest headline set at the V1 launch show (featuring former Iron Maiden members Dennis Wilcox and Terry Wapram) at the legendary Hope & Anchor, Islington on April 15th, 2017.
Kaine were joined for the second time by James Balcombe (Osmium Guillotine/The Tickturds/Myopic Empire) on drums for the evening.
The set was recorded (very roughly) and is totally unmixed from the evening itself, which includes a last-minute jam as the band we rent told they were headlining until they arrived and didn’t have enough material with the line-up of that evening to actually play a headline set.
This is a fan club exclusive and not intended to be released in full. We hope you enjoy a very “warts n’all” recording of that gig. Lyrics and song structures may differ from album versions.

Wow this album just hit the spot in all the right places it's like I was listening to old rock with a twist of metal. I wanted to sit and drink with my pals but get up and move with the music all at the same time. I cant wait to hear what they have in store for us next ROCK ON GENTS Endie

Superb Essex based Trad metal torchbearers, good solid album of songs, standout for me was D-Day for the excellent “Maiden-esque” opening riff and questionable lyrical content. The rest of the album draws inspiration from doom and a bit of early thrash/speed with mixed success, but there's enough of the good stuff on here to make this a fun enjoyable record.
